A full-time coach is a long-term commitment before you know what's actually broken. An audit gives you the diagnosis first — in three weeks — and then you decide how much change support you need. Often a growth sprint or a few days a month is enough.

Very little. Each PM or lead gives one 60–90 minute interview; ceremonies run exactly as usual — I observe, I don't interfere. Your teams keep shipping while the audit runs.

An NDA is signed by default before any engagement. Everything I see — metrics, roadmaps, internal discussions — stays inside your company. Case studies are only published anonymized and with your approval.

Yes — most engagements run fully remote. For audits and trainings, on-site days in the EU are possible and often useful for ceremony observation.

Even better. The audit looks at how your teams actually work — Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up, or "we just ship." The goal is a process that fits your context, not a framework installation.
